Cluster Admin

Only users that are Cluster Admin can manage cluster resources like workspace hosts, and change cluster settings.

By default, the first user created in the cluster is a Cluster Admin. Then this user can give Cluster Admin permission to other users under Cluster Admin -> Cluster Users
